Gym is in good shape. Some of the equipment is starting to show its age though.
Great place to work out.
Convenient and clean. Not many people during the day. The self-conciousness one feels when first going quick fades and your visits become a comfortable part of your weekly routine.
I have a membership here.It's open 24 hours and I love that because I am a night person.it's a clean place and the people there are great.
I really like the hwy44 location its larger and has few people
